She was predeceased by: her parents, James Worsham and Ethel Worsham; and her husband Albert F. Lutz, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Al Lutz (Lena), Daniel "Dan" Lutz (Patty), Mary Kay Gombos (Terry), Jeanette Jordan (Charles), Bonnie Sue Lutz, Julie McCoy (Doug) and Jake Lutz. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many loving friends.
