She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Massander and Victoria Massander; and her siblings, Danny, William Massander and Mary Picchioldi.
She is survived by: her husband John Wayne Whitwell; her son Jonathan "Jonny" Whitwell; and her grandsons, Jonathan, Michael and Christopher. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
