He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl R. and Mary A. Antoff (Heth); and his sister Laura Antoff. He is survived by: his son Cody; his daughter-in-law Kasey Hay of Millstadt; his granddaughter Avery Hay; and his siblings, Richard (Carol Antoff), Christine (Rob Nevels), Connie (George Schwendemann), Ken (Betty Antoff), Michael (Theresa Antoff), Keith (Kathy Antoff) and Kevin (Bobbi Antoff). He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; great nieces; great nephews; other extended family and many friends.

Memorials may be made to the Antoff family to establish a trust fund for his granddaughter, Avery and may be accepted at the funeral home.
