She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Keele and Esther Keele; her husband Lee Roy Ballew; her close friend Calvin Gore; her stepsons, Roy "Rookie" E. Ballew, Sr. and Richard L. Ballew; her grandson John Lee McKinley Ballew; and her siblings, Norman Keele, Sr., Clyde Keele, Mary Lee Hartsock and Naomi Goff.
She is survived by: her daughter Robyn Hermann (Mark) of Maryville, IL; her daughter-in-law Paula Ballew of Madison, IL; her grandchildren, Tina Boggs (Blake), Roy "Rookie" Ballew, Jr., Krista Mueller (Kyle), Amber Knight, Tiffany Crain (Ed), Brittany Biver (Skyler), Phillip Ballew, Sarah Hermann and Matthew Hermann; and her sister-in-law Delores "Dee" Keele. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren.
