It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leander Charles William Rapp of Maryville, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander Rapp and Eva Rapp; his daughter Cheri Lynn Rapp-Dyson; his daughter-in-law Lynn Renee Rapp; and his pet Boo.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Ellen Rapp of Troy, IL; his son Ronald Rapp (Mary) of Troy, IL; his grandchildren, Cory, Ryan, Adam, Renee, Lance and Dylan; his great grandchildren, Weilyn, Emery Rose, Kyler and Landyn; and his friend Ray Bean.
Memorials may be made in Lee's honor to the MetroEast Humane Society or the American Diabetes Association and will be received at the funeral home.
