She is survived by: her children, Janice Cato (Donald), Bruce Moore (Karen) and Mark Moore (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Tyson, Ashley Kerkemeyer (Kyle), Kelsea Faulkner (T. J.), Kourtney Moore and Logan Moore; her great grandchildren, Lillie Kerkemeyer, Lennon Kerkemeyer and Easton Faulkner; and her siblings, Doc Dunn and Nina Limbaugh.
Memorial donations are appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association or to VITAS Hospice, for their loving care shown to Kate.
