She was predeceased by: her parents, John Varady and Grace Varady; her husband Joseph F. Shipton; her daughter-in-law JoAnn Shipton; her mother-in-law Annie O'Hara Shipton; her sister Marian Weber; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Weber, William McGehee, William Harper, Craig Cholet, Terrence P. Shipton, Robert Hastings, Michael Pohl, Margaret Huff, Kathryn Hastings, Elizabeth Pohl and June Shipton.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph W. Shipton, Timothy M. Shipton and Teresa A. Cox (Jack L.); her grandsons, Timothy L. Hansel (Kim), Brett A. Hansel (Crystal), Douglas S. Hansel (Hayley), Joseph W. Shipton and Jacob A. Shipton; her great grandchildren, Bailey Schuetz, Adelynn Hansel, Grant Hansel, Kolten Hansel and Heidi Hansel (With Another On); and her sisters, Shirley McGehee of Waterloo, IL, Jeanette Harper and Sharon Cholet. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
