She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Elmore and Freida Elmore; her husband Robert Owen; and her sister Marilyn Elmore. She is survived by: her son Brian Owen (Brenda) of Collinsville, Illinois; her granddaughters, Marcy Vetrone (Jason) of Collinsville, Gessica Handegan (Brandon) of Troy, Casey Massey (Clint) of Troy and Brittany Mersinger (Todd) of Troy, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Haleigh Mersinger, Hunter Mersinger and Collin Massey; and also Reverend Virgil Elmore.
Memorials may go to the First United Methodist Church in St. Elmo, Illinois or the donor's choice.
