It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Rice (Maryville, Illinois), born in Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on June 19, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Lybarger; her daughter Lynn Kinworthy; her grandchildren, Richard Kinworthy Jr. and Jessica Bathon; her great grandchild Aidan Kusmierczak; and her siblings, Shirley Rapoff, Charlene Burns, Ruth Nichols, Clova Mae Howard, Courtland Lybarger, Leonard Lybarger, Jim Lybarger and Charles Lybarger.
She is survived by: her parent Nancy Lybarger (Jones); her spouse Lloyd Rice; her children, Dennis Rice (Debbie) of California, Becky Macek (Mike) of Maryville, IL and Terri Bathon (Fred) of Collinsville, IL; her brother Ronald Lybarger of Florida; and her sister-in-law Jene Lybarger of Edwardsville, IL. She is also survived by grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorial donations may be given to Vitas Hospice or Shriners Hospital for Children.
