Phillips (Maryville, Illinois), born in Lilbourn, Missouri, who passed away on September 19, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Phillips and Iva Phillips; and his siblings, J. C. Phillips, Gene Phillips, Marie Levines and Rose Butler.
He is survived by: his wife Freda Phillips; his children, James Phillips, Jr. of Maryville, IL and Donna Harper (Mike) of Glen Carbon, IL; his grandchildren, Joshua Harper and Amanda Hornacek; and his great grandchildren, Malaki, Josiah and Harper Hornacek.
