He is survived by: his spouse Jerilyn Calvin-Howard; his children, Aaron Howard (Megan) of Petersburg and John Howard of Chicago; his sister Bette Langreder of Maryville; and his stepchildren, Scott Calvin (Sarah), Gregory Calvin (Christa), Christopher Calvin (Glenda) and Susanna Benson (Kevin). He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandchildren.
