With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Meyer (Maryville, Illinois), born in Fairview, Kansas, who passed away on January 27, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Eugenia Marie Meyer (Braun); and his siblings, Leo Meyer, Clarissa Olson, John Paul Meyer, Francis Robert Meyer, Mary Elizabeth Brenner, Raymond Meyer, Rose Mary Miller and Sylvia Ross.
He is survived by: his children, Gerald J., Joan M Meyer, Chris Brewer of Caseyville and Janice Meyer Priddy of Shawnee, Kansas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in Jerry's name to Good Shepherd Knights of Columbus or Good Shepherd Catholic Church at 12800 W. 75th St. Shawnee, KS 66216.
