He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Herbert and Avis L. Flood; and his brother Ronald C. Flood. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Kamp (Mike) of Collinsville, IL and Robert D. Flood; his nieces, Sarah Kamp Jarman (Roy) of Troy, IL and Carrie Kamp Noonan (Patrick) of St. Louis, MO; and his nephew Nathan Kamp of Denver, CO.
