He was predeceased by: his parents, H. E. "Mac" and Carlyne McNeill; and his siblings, Fred McNeill and Sharon Schardan. He is survived by: his wife Kay Ann McNeill; his children, Scott McNeill of Keysport, IL, Ashley and Aliyah; his stepchildren, Kimberly and Katylin Thongdee; his daughter Patricia Richardson (John) of O'Fallon, IL; his grandchildren, Dalton, Logan and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Jedediah, Jameson and Kolesyn; and his brother-in-law Tony Picatto (Amy) of Collinsville, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
