It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Laverne Vivian of Maryville, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry McGraw and Ida Prince (Ficken); her sister Della Smith; her stepbrothers, Frank McGraw and William McGraw; and her grandson Kevin Heitman.
She is survived by: her husband James F. Vivian Sr.; her children, James Freeman Vivian, Jr. (Tina), Sharon Hansberry (Scott), Patricia Kollack (Keith) and Denise Heitman; and her stepsister Rosemary Saullo. She is also survived by 9 loving grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
