She is survived by: her parent Nanette Markuly (Evangeloff); her spouse Charles "Chuck" Mountz Sr. of Maryville, IL; her children, Charles Mountz Jr (Ann) of Los Angeles, CA, Harpers of Los Angeles, CA and Dezhda Gaubert (Richard) of Los Angeles, CA; her brother George Alexander Markuly of Madison, IL; and her grandchildren, Henry Gaubert, Charlotte Mountz and Cooper Mountz.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Saints Cyril & Methody Orthodox Church and the Christian Hospital Foundation.
