With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Camilla Schmidt (Maryville, Illinois), born in Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on October 16, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pat Harness and Almeda Harness; her husband Gene Schmidt; and her daughter Debi Rami. She is survived by: her sons, Kurt Schmidt of Silver City, MN, Scott Schmidt of Maryville, IL and Tracy Schmidt (Jerri); her grandchildren, Traci Schmidt (Chris), Jeff Rami (Jessica), Jason Schmidt (Daly), Josh Schmidt (Lisa), Ben Schmidt (Sarah) and Kacey Berry (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Dade, Ronan, Ares Rami, Cade, Bradyn, Foster, Madyson, Maya, Charly, Georgia, Easton, Hallie Schmidt, June, Palmer and Baker Berry; and her son-in-law Ron Rami.
Memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church of Collinsville, IL and will be accepted at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 North Center Street, Maryville IL 62062.
