He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Sullivan (Fowler); his daughters, Terri Furfaro (Sam) of Glen Carbon, IL, Angie Mueller (Jason) of Glen Carbon, IL, Tammy Doolin (James) of Glen Carbon, IL, Jamie Stamper of Glen Carbon, IL and Nicki Novosel (Jared) of Glen Carbon, IL; his grandchildren, Danielle, Alexandra, Anthony, Joel, Jake, Cailin, Shane, Grant, Carter, Daisy, Sophia and Lillian; and his sister-in-law Kathie Sullivan.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or Vitas Hospice.
