He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bush and Fay Bush (Hubbard); and his stepmother Irene Bush. He is survived by: his children, Brittanie Zamora (Nicholas), Alexis Tull (Brian) and Logan Bush; and his grandchildren, Evelyn Zamora, Arya Zamora and Olivia Tull.
