Alfred Blaylock Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alfred Blaylock of Maryville, Illinois, born in Des Arc, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Audie (Mary Cleo); his sister Linda Lewis; and his nephew Anthony Teague. He is survived by: his wife Edith "Edie" Blaylock; his sons, Dan Blaylock and Dwayne Blaylock (Lily); his grandchildren, Daniel Blaylock, Sheridan Blaylock, Brook Howard and Jake Blaylock; his great grandchild Ethan Howard; and his siblings, Walter Blaylock, Ruth Wade, Sharon Link, Myrna Jackson, Crinthia Crawford and Robin Teague.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the VFW.
