It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley K. Taylor of Martinton, Illinois, born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on June 27, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Shepard and Goldie Shepard (Milljour); her husband Charles R. "Chuck" Taylor; her daughter Brenda Taylor; and her siblings, Charity Mowrey and Ted Shepard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Ulitzsch (Alan) of Watseka and Brandie Taylor (Brandon Schneider) of Pontiac; her close friend Bill Steele of Watseka; her siblings, Kenneth Milljour of Florida and Donna Sue Jones of Florida; her grandchildren, Robbie, Dustyn, Alex, Brandon, Brechter, Cullen, Camedyn and Kaysen; her great grandchildren, Tucker and Tauren; and her pet Baby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
