He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Henry Stephen and Viola Ruth Perisho Stephen; his wife Sheila Teresa Mary McDonough; and his siblings, Betty Stephen and Roy Stephen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deanna Keeney (Stanley) of Casey, IL, Deborah Lampe (Jeffrey) of Gettysburg, PA and Paula Crumrin (Daryn) of Katy, TX.; his grandchildren, Marie Daugherty (Daniel), Colton, Leanna, Adam, Owen Keeney, Tyler, Max, Teresa Lampe, Allison, Elizabeth and Samantha Crumrin; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Carson and Brady; and his brother Don Stephen.
