Masuga (George) of Tuscola, IL, Nancy Ellen Neibarger of Roseville, CA and Cheryl Lynn Neibarger of Martinsville, IL; her brother Larry Cooley of Wheatland, IN; her children, Lesa Annette Neibarger and Dale Neibarger; her siblings, Tom, Bill, Leo, Kenny, Charles, Ronnie Cooley, Merle Golden, Rosie Fusion and Phyllis Wilson; her grandchildren, April Dawn Neibarger and Brady Huffman; and her children, Phillip Neibarger, Linda Mae Neibarger and D. D. Neibarger. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
