She is survived by: her mother Garnet "Butch" Martin (Christina Lynn Martin); her husband Chuck Shotts; her daughter Sierra Lehn (Josh) of Pana, IL; and her siblings, Carla Nash (Lenn) of West Union, IL, Karen Martin of Old York, IL, Byron Keith Rodgers (Barb) of Marshall, Steve Rodgers (Janet) of Marshall, Craig Martin (Gloria) of Marshall and Billy Martin (Kathy) of Marshall. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; three great great nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested memorial contributions be made to the Gibson Family Center For Hospice Care or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
