He is survived by: his former wife Tamara Kaye West; his wife Tammy Mullen of Martinsville, IL; his mother Neoma Mullen of Martinsville, IL; his siblings, Robert Mullen (Jennifer) of Rockford, IL, Brad Mullen (Pam) of Martinsville, IL and Marcy Myers of Stanley, NC; his son Brant Mullen; and his grandmother Mildred Stephen of Martinsville, IL. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces.
