He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. "Abe" Davis and Hazel Irene Inman Davis; his siblings, Steve Davis and Sharon Davis; and his niece Misty Herrick.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Davis of Martinsville, IL; his sons, Denny Joe Davis of Martinsville, IL and Rick Allen Davis (Carrie) of Casey, IL; and his brother Don Davis of Casey, IL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and two on the way and many nephews and nieces.
