He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Claypool and Betty J. Stewart Claypool; and his wife Linda Parsons. He is survived by: his children, Chad Claypool (Chasity) of Martinsville, IL and Angel Knauer of Martinsville, IL; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Claypool, Chelsie Claypool and Kendra Knauer; and his brother Terry Claypool (Linda) of Mattoon, IL..
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pearce Funeral Home (314 S 6th St, Marshall, IL 62441). Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
For those desiring, memorial contributions may be given to the Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care.
