He is survived by: his children, Scott Shotts (Donna) of Martinsville, IL, Daniel Shotts of Marshall, IL, Janice Smith (Richard) of Mt. Dora, FL and Cathy Miller of Lady Lake, FL; his grandchildren, Jessica, Julia, Lee, Tasha, Amanda and Donnie Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Adelyn, Avery, Grace, Jonah, Lily, Eisley, Ivy and Daisy.
