She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Weir and Helen Carpenter Weir; her husband Elmer Shotts; her brothers, Leon Weir, Lloyd Weir and Stanley Weir; and her grandson Michael Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Roe (Billy Phillips) of Casey, IL, Donna Ennis (Eric) of Cape Coral, FL and Bruce Lee Shotts (Rhonda) of Martinsville, IL; and her siblings, Dewayne Weir of Annapolis, IL, Gerald Weir of Montgomery, IL, Lois Daugherty of Marshall, IL and Ruby St. John of West Union, IL. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight step grandchildren.
