He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Howard, Sr. and Iva Ann "Annie" Belleu Howard; his sister Nancy Howard; and his brother-in-law Jim Gillie. He is survived by: his wife Marla Hayes Howard; his children, Amanda Hayes of Billy Howard, III, Bo Altman (Jon) and David Howard (Shannon); his grandchildren, Natalie Castle, Christopher Castle, Jeremy Castle, Kiyle Castle, Xylia Hayes, Trish Howard, Jaylee Howard, Keyli McCarty, Caydan Altman and Callen Altman; his sister Sue Gillie (Virg); his nieces, Amber Stark (Josh), Cortnee Houghton and Chelsey Howard; and his cousins, Jeff Belleu and Fred Harvey.
