She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bartley and Victorine Vandevender Bartley; her spouse Dale Siverly; and her sisters, Berniece Brown, Nellie Wallace and Ann Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Gene Siverly (Alice) of Mt. Carmel, IL, Keith Siverly (Barbara) of Marshall, IL and Mary Ann Ferris (Randy) of Blythewood, SC; and her sisters, Sharon Leach of Casey, IL and Vicki Cash of Paris, IL. She is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
