She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chester Feltner and Maggie Mae Rippy Feltner. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Allen; and her sisters, Marcelene Miller of Marshall and Melba Rector of Linden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and stepchildren.
