He was predeceased by: his brothers, Reggie Stephen and Eric Lynn Stephen. He is survived by: his son Wayne; his close friend Carolyn Scott; his children, Angie Stephen (Tony Martinez) of Singapore and Ryan Stephen of Marshall; his grandchildren, Desyn Martinez, Gavyn Martinez, Joryn Martinez, Bella Stephen, Kailei Stephen and Cameron Scott; and his brother Dennis Stephen (Mickey).
