She was predeceased by: her parents, Byrd Edward Keith and Hester Edna Bryant Keith; her former husband Carl Adam Lofland II; her son Carl Adam Lofland III; and her siblings, Edward, Kenneth, Pauline, Velma and Helen.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Blagg of Marshall, IL; her daughter Judy Jacobs (Hugh) of Lewis, IN; and her grandchildren, Angie Shaw (Terry) of Lewis, IN, Mark Jacobs (Michelle) of Nevada, Steven Jacobs (Penny) of Pennsylvania, Jeffrey Jacobs (Mike) of Maryland and Michael Jacobs (Liz Beth) of Colorado. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
