He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Rhoads and Pauline Rhoads (Beaucamp); his daughter Julee Rhoads; his brother William Rhoads Sr.; and his stepmother Ettsyell Rhoads.
He is survived by: his children, Jacque Low (Duane) of Marshall, IL, Tracy Rhoads of Terre Haute, IN, Toni Snyder of Valdosta, GA and Brooks Rhoads (Sherry) of Dubois, IN; his close friend Betty Piper; his grandchildren, Neal Low (Lexi), Jillian Slunaker (Doug), Mackenzie Snyder, Kylee Snyder, Kayla Rhoads, Lukas Rhoads, Summer Rhoads and Lexa Rhoads; his great grandchildren, Hypatia Kemp, Claire Low and Meadow Rhoads; and his brothers, Dale Rhoads and Ray Rhoads.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Marshall Cemetery Association Maintenance Fund.
