He is survived by: his mother Treva Miller; his children, Roxie Richardson (Jared) of Casey, Audrey "Cookie" Miller of Martinsville and Levi Vonbehrens of Marshall, Illinois; his grandchildren, Lizzie (Kyle), Logan Osborn, Madi (Daegan), Tony Ray Kingery, Olivia Miller, Jake, Jon and Jude Richardson; his sisters, Peggy Miller and Teresa Miller (Mike); his nephews, Justin, Dillon and Michael Justice; and his friend Ronnie.
