She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur W. Monk and Joye L. Marvin Monk; her husband William E. Rhoads Sr.; and her sister Dorothy Farris. She is survived by: her children, Bill Rhoads (Lori), Mike Rhoads (Dee Dee) and Jeanenna Sanders (Roy); her grandchildren, Will Rhoads III (Katelyn), Brandi Rhoads (Brittany), Ryan Hefner (Shelby), Dalton Hefner (Karlee), Connor Hefner (Zoey), Kelsie Rhoads (Kenny), Emma Sanders, Macey Sanders and Artie Monk (Yessenia); her great grandchildren, Brynleigh Rhoads, Braxton Rhoads, Brooke Rhoads, Bowen Rhoads, Felicity Rhoads, Reid Rhoads, Kale Platt, Kayzlee Platt, Kenna Jo Platt, Brayleigh Thompson, Briyleigh Thompson, Owen Hefner, Roman Hefner, Ridlee Hefner, Oliver Hefner, Macie Joye Monk, William Monk and Liam Monk; and her siblings, Marilyn Burba and Gerald Monk (Margaret). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pearce Funeral Home (314 S 6th St, Marshall, IL 62441). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
