She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Emerick and Irene Baldwin Emerick; her husband Howard Lee Shonk; and her nephew Nicholas Wingo. She is survived by: her nieces, Penny Harrold and Heather McCullough. She is also survived by seven brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
