She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Combs and Goldie Schmidtcamp Combs; her brother Harold; and also, Donald Gmelich and James Remlinger.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Gmelich (Cathy) of Marshall, IL and Nancy Medsker (Randy) of Marshall, IL; her grandchildren, Daniel Gmelich (Kelsey), Eric Gmelich, Morgan Engle (Andy), Rudy Medsker (Sara) and Ryan Medsker; her great grandchildren, Luke Gmelich, Will Engle, Ava Engle and Maya Medsker; and her siblings, Marilyn Hollingsworth, Christine Roberts (Harold), Bill Combs (Evelyn) and Lena Shotts (Jim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
