He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Budd and Bonnie C. Edgin Budd; his granddaughter Melissa; his son-in-law Robert Washburn; and his siblings, Sharon Kellum, Louis Budd, Richard Budd, Larry Budd and Donna Love.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Wallace (Virgil) of Marshall, IL and Tammy Washburn of Marshall, IL; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Kayla, Dale and Jennifer. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
