It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert D. Gard of Marshall, Illinois, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Gard and Virginia Bash Gard; and his son Chad Gard. He is survived by: his children, Kelsey Gard of Pollock, MO and William Gard of Marshall; his grandchildren, Clein Gard, Mason Gard, Gavin Gard, Quinn Gard and Carrigan Gard; and his sister Vicki Hoisington (John) of Robinson, IL..
