He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Ray and Bertha Foote Hogan; his wife Joyce Hulleman Hogan; his children, Dana Keltz of Marshall, Michael Hogan of Marshall, Nicole Hogan of Marshall and Kristopher Hogan of Terre Haute, IN; his grandchildren, Brannon Wallace and Bradly Wallace; and his brothers, Jimmy Hogan of Colorado and Bill Hogan of Springfield, IL..
