With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dennis E. Blair of Marshall, Illinois, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Blair and Beaulah Wilbur Blair; his wife Opal Philippi Blair; and his siblings, Henry Blair and Virginia Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Blair (Lilly), Virginia Blair, Kerry Blair, Bill Blair, Donnie Blair, Francis Blair, Dennis Blair and Jimmy Blair; and his close friend Connie. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
