He was predeceased by: his sister Kiley Jo Simmons; his stepfather Dick Zachary; and his grandparents, Tom Vice, Joann, Wayne Simmons and Lena Zachary.
He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Simmons (Mae) of Maine and Leanne Zachary (Vice) of Marshall, IL; his daughters, Alexus Simmons of Maine, Ashlie Rodrick of Maine and Sandra Mason of Maine; his sister Misty Wyrick (Donnie) of Marshall, IL.; his grandparents, Jim and Betty Swinford of Marshall, IL.; and his uncle Tom Vice of Florida. He is also survived by two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
