He is survived by: his wife Cora Washburn Noyes Francis; his children, Bobbie Joe Francis Sr. (Sharon) of Marshall, IL and Doris Beltz (Bill) of Lawrenceville, IL; and his grandchildren, Jacob Francis (Jennie), Jeff Francis (Tonya), Nicole Engle (Brent), Dawn Bradbury (Harrison), Tory Beltz and Jesse Noyes (Kelly). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
