Stephens of Marshall, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil "Tim" and Ruby Stanfield Bounds; her spouse Jerry Lee Richardson Sr.; her daughter Doris Richardson; and her siblings, Lois "Sis" Francis, Donald Bounds, Robert Eugene Bounds, Willie Bounds and James Bounds.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Lee Richardson Jr. (Lori) of Palestine, IL and Timothy R. Richardson (Melissa) of Marshall, IL; her stepdaughter Kimberly A. Stephens of West York, IL; her grandchildren, Sierra Richardson, Jerry Lee Richardson III and Tabatha Smith (Craig); and her stepgrandchild Alaina Stephens. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
