He was predeceased by: his parent Johnie G.; and his brothers, Kenny Snedeker and Tim Snedeker. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Spittler; his children, Christi Daniken (Jerry) of Carmel, IN and John J. Snedeker of Bloomington, IN; his grandson Lucas Daniken of Carmel, IN; and his brothers, Ted Snedeker (Kay) of Marshall, IL and Eric Snedeker (Cindy) of Marshall, IL.
Following the graveside service, a reception for family and friends honoring his life will be held from 5-7PM at Marshall VFW Post 5975, 112 N. 5th St., Marshall, IL In loving memory of Vance, contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans, 405 Vulcan Dr., Effingham, IL, 62401 (dav.org) or to Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospice, 700 E.
