He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Ballard and Mary Ballard (Leslie); his wife Mary Ann Swaekauski; and his son Brian. He is survived by: his daughter Robin Ballard of Ottawa. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Seals-Campbell Funeral Home (1009 E Bluff St, Marseilles, IL 61341). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
