He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Woerpel and Laura Woerpel (Ott); his son Warren; and his brothers, Harlan and Raymond Woerpel.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Pranger; and his sister-in-law Alice Woerpel of Hutchinson, KS..
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Marseilles First Congregational Church.
