He was predeceased by: his father Thomas E. Lipsey. He is survived by: his mother Joan Lyznicki (Joseph) of Plainfield, IL; his siblings, Marsha Powers (Patrick) and Stephen Lipsey (Florence); and his nephew Thomas Powers.
In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred.
